The information on this site is general and informational. It is not a binding offer, nor legal, commercial, financial or any other kind of advice.

We aim to keep it correct and current, and we correct whatever is pointed out to us. Even so, content may change without prior notice.

About public procurement information

OVERSEAS Prospecta works on open data published by the Costa Rican State through the Observatorio de Compra Pública. That data is public and is not our property.

This is worth stating plainly:

• We are not an official source of public procurement information. The official source is SICOP.
• The information we deliver does not replace direct consultation of the tender or its amendments in the official system.
• We do not guarantee that data published by the State is complete, accurate or current, because it does not depend on us.
• Before making any decision — submitting a bid, calculating a deadline, committing resources — verify the tender at the official source.

Intellectual property

The OVERSEAS brand, the OVERSEAS Prospecta name, the logos, this site's design, its texts and the service's software are the property of OVERSEAS CRC S.A. or are used with the authorisation of their owner.

Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without written authorisation is not permitted, except for uses the law recognises without need of authorisation.

Third-party trademarks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification purposes only.

Links to other sites

This site may link to third-party sites — among them Costa Rican government systems — for the user's convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
